Diese Ausgabe gegenüber der Erstausgabe mit 9 weiteren Tafeln. Von der Erstausgabe wurden dabei 3 Tafeln nicht mehr verwendet. Die Illustrationen Alkens in feinen Aquatintaradierungen mit schönem, variablem Kolorit. Erst- und Zweitausgabe sind gleichermaßen selten wie gesucht.– Stellenw. min. fleckig, Buchblock anfangs etw. gelockert, insgesamt gutes Exemplar im Orig.-Einband mit Jagdmotiven.– Schwerdt I, 38 f: This edition „… is more interesting than the first om account of the increased number of plates.“
